2. Accounts and age
You must be 18 or older to use this service. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 18. Give accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Tell support@monastudio.mn if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Credits
Credits are prepaid, non-transferable units for AI tools on Mona Studio. Credits never expire. Free welcome credits have no cash value. Contact support@monastudio.mn before deleting your account so support can review any request for unused paid credits and the relevant purchase and usage records manually. This is advice, not a condition of any refund entitlement under law. Eligibility and any amount are reviewed case by case. Closing or suspending an account does not remove any refund entitlement available under law.
4. Payments and receipts
Canvas print orders are not yet open; buying credits is available. Credit purchases and canvas orders are separate. Contact support@monastudio.mn about an existing payment or its receipt. The printable order receipt is not an e-barimt.
5. Your uploads and permission
Upload only material you own or are authorized to use. Obtain the necessary permission to use identifiable people’s faces or voices. Enabled face tools process the files you provide. PhotoShoot includes an automated likeness comparison; it does not verify identity or permission. Lip sync paid runs are currently unavailable. A rights acknowledgement records the uploader’s statement, not proof of another person’s permission. Read the Privacy Policy and Content Policy before uploading.
6. AI output and gallery rights
Commercial use of AI outputs depends on your rights in the inputs and the applicable model provider’s terms. We grant only rights we can lawfully grant. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or non-infringement. Gallery works have individual licences. Buying a canvas does not transfer the source file, reproduction rights or copyright.
7. Rights complaints
Send rights complaints to support@monastudio.mn with the content reference and information about your rights. We promptly block or stop the reported use and review the complaint. A counter-notice does not postpone the initial block. Applicable legal requirements govern the complaint and any restoration.
8. Canvas orders
Mona Soft AI LLC (Мона софт Эй Ай ХХК) is the seller; our print partner produces the canvas. Contact support@monastudio.mn promptly if you want to cancel. Sending an order to the partner does not mean production has started. Before partner handoff, cancellation can be processed. After handoff, support checks whether production can still be stopped. Sending the order or print file does not remove cancellation or other rights available under law. For a damaged, defective or incorrect print, contact support with the order reference and a description; photos can help assessment. We assess the affected item for a reprint or full or partial refund as appropriate. These options do not limit remedies available under the Consumer Protection Law, section 6, or other applicable law.
9. Misuse and suspension
We may restrict access for misuse or rights violations. Contact support@monastudio.mn to request a review. Contact support before account deletion so any unused paid-credit request can be reviewed manually; this advice does not limit your rights under law. Closing or suspending an account does not remove any refund entitlement available under law.
10. Service limitations
AI results can contain errors. Check results before relying on them or printing them. These terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that Mongolian law makes mandatory.
11. Governing law and language
The laws of Mongolia govern these terms. The Mongolian version controls if the versions differ; English is provided for convenience. Contact support@monastudio.mn about a dispute. This does not restrict any complaint or court remedy available under law.
